Pineville Housing Authority is located in two quiet locations in the city of Pineville.

Site One is on Big Sugar Road between behind the historic square in Pineville and has 18 one-bedroom apartments and 2 two-bedroom apartments.

Site Two is between Jesse James Street and 8th Street and has 4 one-bedroom apartments, 4 two-bedroom apartments and 2 three-bedroom apartments.
